Rhodes Building Company offers CM at Risk services in which we are engaged during the design phase of a project as a consultant to the owner and during the construction phase of a project as the Construction Manager (CM).
The clients benefit in CM at Risk delivery is realized in budget management. The CM is involved throughout the design process with estimating conceptual design costs in an effort to keep the project on budget while meeting the clients specific project needs. This effort allows for changes during a projects design to meet budgetary or design criteria demands and eliminates costly overruns sometimes caused by re-design of a project once design is complete.
