Rhodes Building Company provided Design-Build services for the phased “Renovation and Site Improvements” projects at KSCFCU’s Palm Bay branch. The project scope included renovations to the interior of the branch, site improvements to add parking and a drive-thru bypass lane, ROW improvements and sanitary sewer connection to a new lift station.
A phased project schedule was implemented to allow for the projects scope to be completed with no interruption to the day-to-day operations of the branch.
