Rhodes was back on campus this summer, serving as General Contractor on the Pinehurst Cottage residence hall project. Originally constructed in 1886, Pinehurst is the second oldest building on campus and currently serves as a co-ed residence hall.
The project consisted of exterior improvements including demolition, new cementitious siding system, repairs to many of the architectural features and a new roof.
